LifeMark Groups Instructions

To participate in LifeMark Groups, please follow these steps:

1. Register for a Group:

  • Choose the group you want to join.

  • Call the office to complete your registration.

2. Access the Group Schedule:

  • Go to Client Portal: Access Client Portal.

  • Select the "Appointments" tab to view your scheduled group sessions.

3. Join a Session:

  • For Virtual Groups: On the day of your session, the group facilitator will email you a link with details to join the meeting.

  • For In-Person Groups: Check the location and time listed in your appointment reminder, and arrive a few minutes early to check in.

4. Prepare for Your Session:

  • For Virtual Sessions: Make sure you have a quiet space and a reliable internet connection.

  • For In-Person Sessions: Bring any required materials and be ready for the location.
